Well I do have grievances with Boardroom and am most unimpressed with their treatment. I live in a rural area where there is no mobile coverage. Even though I have a few millions of dollars of stocks I am unable to change my bank details online, because they tell me that landlines are insecure, as opposed to a mobile phone. I find this mindboggling as do a number of court rulings. I therefore have to wait on a long phone queue to fix basic problems that a person in the city, with $1 of shares can easily accomplish online. I should add that the other two registries have found work arounds when this has arisen, but not these buggers.
