I agree Boardroom is hopeless. The way they set up the SPP excluded, unfairly, shareholders who bought within the two days BEFORE the SPP announcement. I was one of them and decided to turn this into something positive. So I bought plenty of CCP at around $15 with my available funds. Yes, it was more expensive than the $12.50 SPP price, but I bought probably 3 times more shares than I would get if I went with SPP.
