Shareholders whose bank details are not in Boardroom's records have been paid by cheque, and some, or all, cheques were mailed on Thursday, so watch your letterbox.

Also, if you attempt to log into Boardroom at https://www.investorserve.com.au/, and cannot, there is a tab called INDIVIDUAL INVESTMENT ACCESS, and via that can apply for a log-in code. Boardroom snail-mail it, so it will take a few days to be able to login to update personal records. When I looked at my records recently via the INDIVIDUAL INVESTMENT ACCESS tab, my postal address was correct, but there was no bank record, and the telephone and email information was wrong (ten years out of date).

If a cheque does not lob today or tomorrow, you can use the above link to email Boardroom, and although the feature states that a reply may take three days, my two messages were received the next day. By the way, I did get confused with what was meant by "issuer code", until I figured out it was the ASX code, namely CCP. You probably have to select CHESS in the process where that is a possible answer.
