    The price will usually go down to the level of the cash raise.

    If you are in this company for the long term, no big problem. Just don't look at the price again until November.
    If you are in it for the short term and looking for quick gains, yes, there will be ups and downs, but the trend is usually towards the cash raise price (ie down from here)

    The good: it keeps the company afloat. I don't hold, and this is the kind of news I've been waiting for before getting on board. Happy to wait until after the raise to make my move.

    Good luck to all, no advice from me, just my random opinion on a company that interests me.
