Barring another economic shock, CCP has several really good levers for growth ahead of it and the cash to deploy. Its not out of the realms of possibility CCP could be making upwards of 150m NPAT in two or three years, based on deploying all its available capital plus retained earnings. Even if the earnings multiple contracts alongside higher rates, returns should still be solid and broadly track earnings growth, albeit maybe with a PE multiple de-rate drag.
