• Interim order prevents Condor Blanco from registering any transfer in respect of any of the 50 million ordinary shares placed in escrow
• Order has effect until earliest of further order of president or panel, determination of proceedings or 2 months from date of interim order
• President (or the sitting panel once appointed) may review the interim order if warranted
• President of panel made interim order in response to application for order in relation to affairs of Condor Blanco Mines
