• Says the court held that calabretta had engaged in uncooperative conduct
• New South Wales supreme court handed down decision ordering that dominic

  calabretta pay costs sought against him by co

• Calabretta's representations to the contrary, including asx filing, asic

  notices asserting he was condor's admin, were incorrect

• A further court hearing is scheduled for 20 October at which Condor will seek

  additional cost orders against glen darby
