I've worked in Green Technology before and I can assure you that Waste to Energy doesn't require strategic players. It simply requires a working and proven project then you can get finance from any one of a hundred renewable funds out of Europe. I do admit that the technology can take time to develop, which is why I am hoping that CDB is acquiring an advanced stage project, but let's wait for the Announcement to find out.
In response to your questions..
1 - Of course we'll see a board change. Once a project is vended in, they will normally have the right to appoint 1-2 Directors to look over things. This should happen almost immediately.
2 - Let's hope it's substantial and tangible!
3 - I agree that the key to a successful waste to energy projects are the feedstock. The lack of can ruin a project, but solid feedstock streams can make these projects a huge success. In my experience the most successful projects are those that do not have to purchase their feedstock. Let's only hope.
Good Luck to All Who HOLD!
