I have been accumulating even since results were announced in August.
With Crescent at 57% and rising I do worry about being shafted by them in a take over situation with a low ball offer. Vibernum Funds (Gary Weiss) holds about 7%. I'd like to see them increase their position. Would be good to have them in the same corner. Could Crescent be looking to take over CDD (ie 100%) before off-loading it to someone else? Willl they try and get to 90% by a slow walk (in the style of Kerry Stokes). If so we might have a long wait before seeing meaningful returns. Cheers.
