I think CDD is going to have a brilliant time over the next decade, especially environmental and infrastructure consulting if the Democrats win all three houses and kills the filibuster. Also there may end up being a Marshall type plan in developing countries to rebuild economies after Covid and to counter China and terrorism and Alt Facts. Epidemics will be on our minds for a long time, and Cardno is advising in that segment.

CDD might not play their cards perfectly, and may deal with negatives due to restructuring etc, but there will be a lifting tide no matter what I strongly suspect.
