The APAC business has been in decline, I attribute that to mismanagement going for the big jobs and leaving behind the "bread and butter" work.
The same thing has happened at Jacobs where I am an independant contractor but if they leave all the "tier 3" jobs to smaller leaner competition that means there's a good living to be made from them.
I have contempt for management here - it doesn't matter whether Biden or Trump wins or the industry outlook. They need to treat their staff better and listen to them.
At this price though it's just extremely low risk.
CDD could easily make $60m EBITDA, $50m profit and sell for $1.5 per share with no change to industry conditions.
Crescent and Weiss are money hungry (mom says I used a bad word and I need to go to my room)s, they'll start hyping the stock at some point to get their money out.
