    July 10 (Reuters) - Cudeco Ltd (CDU)

    • Entered into a secured term loan facility agreement for HKD 40 million to replace and repay short term loan of US$4.8 mln
    • Further US$10 mln secured term loan facility agreement to repay HKD 80 million due on 21 July 2017 is currently being negotiated with same party
    • Currently negotiating with a number of parties to secure a longer term restructured complete financing facility
