So timing from here.

We were told at the EGM on Monday the following would happen after all resolutions were passed ( according to my notes ):

1) First, price had to be agreed with underwriters, and an F1a lodged with the SEC

done.

2) The roadshow now begins. This can be anywhere from 2 days to several weeks.

my guess ( and it is only that ) - it's going to be more like days than weeks.
assuming they already have some investors lined up to buy the ADS from Roth Capital ( who will hold the ADS as underwriters ), the roadshow won't take long.

3) Prospectus lodged with SEC after the roadshow. We can request copies from Roth Capital & CardieX.

4) Within days of prospectus being lodged CDEX can actually start trading on the NASDAQ.

So, big company milestone that this F1a has been lodged.
Pretty certain this will all be completed by the end of September.
The next 4C quarterly will have some reported that CardieX hasn't seen for many a year.

Plenty of cash in the bank !!
