Easily.......supply v demand with an added sprinkle of no one is currently able to supply the demand but Cellmid.

Massive demand and currently only one supplier who is able to be able to supply the product......all other suppliers are ALL currently pending import permits being granted.

Governments/companies will want to cement supply deals (probably long term contracted) with someone who can supply the products they need sooner rather than later, not someone who is planning to supply it once they get approval.

‘If you’re building a house you don’t sign a contract with an apprentice builder and wait for them to be qualified so they can start work.........
