a placement is still better than a CR (more than likely) and with rates due to come down this year perhaps there’s a better time to take on costly dept with better terms (and be paid back closer to taking it on). A definitive study is still yet to be done so I wouldn’t assume the mine will start construction til the end of year at best… how would you rather see they get capital for the short term?
