The key to success when you're seeking a JV partner, or a buyout etc, is to have multiple organisations bidding for the same asset. That way, they bid up the price.
Creating a sense of urgency, a compelling event etc, is part of that. That is what CTP are doing at the moment. We're getting media activity consistently.
I will buy a hat (of my own choosing - ie an ice cream hat cake) and eat it if there is a JV.
Guys, I don't know if you see it, but this is really good play by CTP. You might bag JH, but there are clearly some smart operators there - IMO.
