yes they are paying for the shares
they are also being paid , its a different mindset to be paid and to invest some of that back into the company, and for some its a small percentage of their wages over the years
the question is , are they bringing value to the shareholders ?. I think not
this company is at the crossroads , the US company needs a complete shakeout ,starting at the top.
