Appears to be some sort of set play. There is a clear pattern. Big buy order for 1m units goes in at a seemingly unreasonable price, bit of jostling for order, once the dust settles the sell order goes in. Rinse and repeat.
Someone appears to be playing games from my observations, taking advantage of the otherwise low volume while confidence is low. Anyone paying attention can see this.
Once confidence is restored through the long promised announcement then volume increases and the game ends. Meanwhile smart investors could be taking advantage and hitching a ride before the bus leaves.
