It doesn't necessarily need to be based off any information at all, rather it's taking advantage of the vacuum. Is there anything wrong with that I'm not sure. Doesn't seem fair that someone with big holdings can manipulate like this appears to be. Like I said we can either piggy back or put up with it and wait. I'm just a hack so could be talking BS. Just stating what I observe.
