Hasn't he always been totally transparent with funding, loans, R&D expenses, secretarial and travel expenses, lawers' fees (whilst there's more than enough legal representation on the BoD) and 'golden goodbye shares' to one who resigned that happened to be an immediate family member...
Always so very prompt in issuing mandatory periodical financial reports to shareholders and ASIC.
Notwithstanding the year-long suspension, isn't everyone kept informed about what's happening with all the other divisions of the company ?
