I also see CGF as great long term hold as well. Though there maybe short term headwinds and turbulence along the way but on a longer term basis there's great reasons to hold. Aging demographics is a big one. Also once the interest rate goes back up cgf will be a beneficiary of this and therefore will result in higher returns via their investment in bonds etc.
i also like the dividend and DRPs they currently offer too!
