    July 24 (Reuters) - Crater Gold Mining Ltd (CGN) :

    • Announces injection of up to $16.2m in new funds and associated transformation
    • Proposed conditional sale of 100 percent of non-core croydon project for $1.2m in cash
    • 11 for 2 renounceable pro-rata entitlement offer at issue price 1.0¢ per new share to raise $13.0m & up to about $15.0m (before costs)
    • From the entitlement offer along with proceeds from croydon sale, co expects to receive proceeds of about $14.2mln upto $16.2mln
