    July 27 (Reuters) - Crater Gold Mining Ltd (CGN) :

    • Underwritten non-renounceable rights issue (CGN)
    • Funds raised will be applied towards general administration costs, repayment

      of debt to freefire technology limited

    • Will undertake a non-renounceable pro-rata rights issue of one share for

      every eight shares held at $0.07 per share

    • Issue to raise approximately $2.1 million before costs
