Aug 9 (Reuters) - Charter Hall Group (CHC) on Friday said it partnered with Abacus Property Group (ABP) to buy a Sydney office building for A$630 million ($429.03 million).
Under the deal, Charter Hall will buy 68% of the building, while Abacus will take up the remaining 32%.
