    • Has been in discussion with national stock exchange of australia and will be making an application for admission to official list of nsx
    • Disagrees with asx that if co proceeds with acquisition of microlatch it will not have a structure appropriate for listed entity
    • Company therefore resolved to resign asx listing in terms of listing rule 17.11
