BEIJING, March 13 (Reuters) - Stricter U.S. sanctions on Russian entities including top coal exporters Suek and Mechel will keep global prices of high calorific value coal at "high levels" in the near term, and impact 20% of Russia's coal exports, a Chinese coal industry group said on Wednesday.
Russian coal export tariffs effective from March will impact the volume of Chinese coal imports beginning in April, said analyst Su Huipeng at the China Coal Transportation and Distribution Association.
