Eventually it depends on if A2 pays the tax under the tariff code 21069090 special IF products - probably not.
There is another tariff code 19011010 covering general IF products for babies consumption, which is not affected by the new tax change. It sounds to me A2 more likely pays tax under this code, but I honestly don't know.
