Dunno what the frik u on about, do u even know how much $ u need to have just to send a kid here. 10/10 chinese students here have multimillionaire parents. They r here for fun, study couple of years, neither them or their parents even give a crap about whether they fail or not. Time comes, they go back and take over the parents business with a nice oh the ceos kid r "studied" in foreign soil. Same rubbish ppl have here, oh kids studied in UK or came back from US yada yada.
Some will stay coz parents accidently bought 1 too many buildings and business here lol. The end up running those 5-10 restaurant chains, the usual grocer yada yada stuffs popular to chinese buyers
