Same model as last time although there was a small discount then I believe , lower price now obviously.

Less brokerage, no 6% to a broker if you tap existing holders for dough
Simpler
Record date gives SP stability as offer is only to exisitng holders, most will want to see it do well. The free options are a discount anyway....
Underwriting... Below is Mordechai's director change notice from that raise... Id suggest its better than underwriting... Not saying he will participate this time but if you look to history as a guide its possible.
From what I could tell drilling results were then released in March after some delays and an asx query.
