Interesting that the SPP was closed prior to the announcement giving non-holders no opportunity to purchase prior to the record date.
Interesting to see if there are any announcements forthcoming prior to the closing date to incentify holders uptake.
If so, what will the incentive be to maximise the uptake by existing holders?
