    June 22 (Reuters) - Chesser Resources Ltd (CHZ) :

    • Announces capital raising by way of non-renounceable pro-rata rights issue at issue price of $0.04 per new share
    • Under offer, a maximum of 39.8 million shares will be issued to raise up to $1.6 million
    • Issue on basis of one new share for every three ordinary shares held
    • Funds raised from rights issue to be used to advance projects in Senegal, Western Africa to be acquired by co
