There are going to be a lot of mergers and acquisitions in the metals market over the next few years. Makes some sense that 2 Aussie companies in the same region would be working closely together esp in a world of pandemic chaos where travel is hindered and staff can't always get to site easily.
That said...I am not in favour of OKU/CHZ merger at this stage. More research needed obviously.
