Just going on previous research, it’s more then likely an acquisition of some sorts.
Generally a share purchase agreement means a company has purchased / acquired another company with payment being a transfer of shares.
Sometimes it can dilute the amount of shares in the market, however if there acquiring something in Australia it’s a massive step forward.
