    CIE Shareholder Meeting 18/9 , to make a radical change in direction to the company. Board decision to maintain value for CGA? Perhaps shareholders would prefer money back at NTA so they can make their own decsion. Placement to new shareholders to swamp existing? Where is the ASX/ ASIC on this? I can imagine a higher base fee and performance fees. DYOR
