At least $30 before I consider selling, 1st offer is opportunistic, the economy is starting to open up, wait for a better offer....I remember Leighton holdings similar low ball offer years ago, I think was also the mid $20's, the stock then rallied well into $40's....so unless you need the cash reject offer.
