I will not be accepting the $22 offer. Will watch the business outlook for Cimic. Surely, Hoctief will make sure Cimic is run properly!
Dividends plus a much higher takeover offer will get Hoctief to 100%. Delisting will not take Hoctief to 100%.
If share price falls below $22 after offer closes, I will buy some more. Hoctief is very happy to buy so many shares at $22.
