IBERDROLA IBE.MC HSBC raised its recommendation for the Spanish utility to "buy" from "hold" and target price to 11.5 euros from 10.8 euros.

ACS ACS.MC Spain's builder ACS will bid for a railway station in Canada with a budget estimated at about 577 million euros, financial daily Expansion reported on Wednesday.

Also, Australian company Cimic (CIM) , which ACS controls indirectly through Germany's Hochtief HOTG.DE , announced its UGL division has been awarded rail contracts worth A$180 million.
