I know this is common practice but I do wonder if this is sustainable.
It's just raising money to repay existing debt facilities and 'general corporate purposes' (operating costs, essentially) right?
and Capital notes get paid out prior to any divs/distributions, so they are ahead of equity holders.
I like real estate but having to pay out distributions at an unsustainable level is one of the peculiarities of REITs I don't love.
