Yeah I'm tipping in more here at $3.03 as it's dropping and averaging down.
I think the local market is adjusting to the US Presidential outcome overnight and there's a few shocks working their way through, that will take some months.
Immediately in the A-REIT space, I think 'higher for longer' interest rates will impact share price, as the local cash rate is now expected to stay where it is until July 2025.
