that is correct, the price pumped up across REIT sector on a hope that interest rates will come down in AU but with trump coming back the rates will stay up for long !
for CIP what I don't understand that they still trading at lower yield? their history is consistently reducing dividend so why on earth people buying ? as many other REIT will give better yield.. !
