Well this should be a laugh

As soon as I read debt restructuring, I thought we are going to get screwed

If it is any debt to equity swap at all time lows, that is criminal. They can't give Platinum 50M options at 5c for not putting them in administration and in return receive no extension on the debt repayment date (leaving them insolvent), then leave it sit idle for months of manipulation and BS deals (haven't heard from that $500M big swinging D that is Blackspace ?) before converting their debt to equity at even lower prices

It's trading at 1/8 the previous T/O bid

If it is anything other than an extension to the maturity date and perhaps some options, its a rort

Really have to question if management are working for shareholders or doing exactly as Platinum orders
