• Lodgement of court orders with asic (CKL)
• Confirms that it lodged an office copy of court order made by supreme court of Victoria with Australian securities and investments commission
• Says accordingly, the scheme is now legally effective
• Colorpak will be applying to the asx for its shares to be suspended from trading at the close of trading on April 12
