    • ACQUIRES USA RECYCLING COMPANY IN-PLAS RECYCLING
    • ACQUISITION COST WILL TOTAL US$4 MILLION
    • ACQUISITION EXPECTED TO BE IMMEDIATELY EARNINGS ACCRETIVE, ADDING US$1.1 MILLION TO CTL'S EBITDA ON A TRAILING 12- MONTH BASIS
