What I like most about this potential proposal is that a company with 2b annual turnover
- knows of BFC (might suggest BFC is doing well/gaining exposure in the region)
- Sees value in BFC and makes the initial approach because they want to be apart of what BFC has

I would expect for a newly listed company in BFC to be the one making the approaches to businesses trying to sell their product, get into the different markets, not the other way around. So I think it's exciting to see what comes out from this.

And from a charting/TA side, 45/46c was one particular pocket of resistance that it needed to break through with volume for the next leg up. That happened yesterday and looks to have formed the new level of resistance if the buyer depth is anything to go by. Factor in a positive financial report over the next month or two and we the SP should keeping seeing positive momentum to the upside
