The good news is this is over and done with and we can move on and concentrate on Parker Ridge. The company is cashed up and has chinese investors waiting to pay handsomely for a slice of the pie. The chance of an appeal for this is nil imo. Even though this decision is factored in to the current sp price there is bound to be some fall out regardless but it will be nothing more than a hiccup.
The good news is this is over and done with and we can move on...
