My understanding is everything is agreed and been simplified and lawyers have been instructed to prepare docs accordingly!
So the question is ......will the lawyers follow instructions or introduce hiccups!
If lawyers do as requested then I guess it should be in line with timeframe however if not add a few days or a week.
As we all know lawyers complete docs send it to the company the next day and they are signed exchanged same day and announced.
When we try to guess from weeks out that is when it gets hard.
They could expect docs in 9 days to sign and announce on the tenth and on the eigth get a call from a lawyer suggesting clarification which then needs clearence with the other party and there goes a week.
I guess the info we have at this time is as accurate as one can have at this point but that is not to say it wont change...or will change for that matter!
If it does change it is not the fault of any party just people doing business the way it needs to be done!
