- Announced issue of shares to pengxin international mining
- Issue to facilitate development of company's Syerston Nickel Cobalt Scandium project
- It issued 24.1 million fully paid ordinary shares in the company in accordance with ASX listing rule
- Jiang Zhaobai, chairman of Pengxin Group, will join Clean Teq board as non- executive co-chairman
- Sam Riggall, Clean Teq's executive co-chairman and CEO, will assume role of managing director
