most important takeaway / Query from my side at least..

1. Is the Gold Bullion refined Or unrefined ? at what rate ?
2. we are getting Cash in the business which is 100 % of the Market Cap Plus possibility to get 5 times more Capital then current Market Cap.
3. if paying All By Cash then @ what % ?

i think this Deal is to return Gold Bullion and not Cash.. Basically deal for Gold @ today's price. so all future increase in Gold rates are the profit and Saving is Cost Of further refining the Gold. if they need Gold for Crypto then unrefined Gold is Fine i suppose..

Bulk Sample from Kat Gap was 6504 tons and first Gold pour from 989 tons.. thats only 15 % Ore processed.. may be same for 2nd Gold Bar...70 % more Ore ready to be processed.
