So outside of administration, they enter into an arrangement to destroy shareholder capital, to transfer percentage interest to private capital providers, is that ethical or is it plain theft. Does it disadvantage some shareholders , even if a majority agreed to it .Does anyone know another company that pursues such stunts ?
