The vwap set price for redemption is rolling.
The 30% premium set price will ultimately set the repayment price also.
Principle payments are to be paid in CASH and only shares if it make corporate sense.
So you "calculations" of the vwap for the last 20 days mean absolutely nothing for a number of reasons.
Stop trying to make this thread incomprehensible.
